Eligibility
Teachers submitting Student entries are eligible to apply to be a Teacher Chaperone and accompany winning students on Simpson Prize activities.
This application is for teachers who wish to accompany the winners on the upcoming Simpson Prize study tours – this is not required if you are just submitting student entries.
TEACHER CHAPERONE ENTRY STEPS
Check you have fulfilled the Teacher Chaperone Entry Requirements before submitting your application.
STEP 1
Teachers are to complete the Teacher Chaperone Application Form.

STEP 2
A completed form should accompany any requested information (including references).
The file should be labelled: State or Territory_Last Name_First Name_SPteacher2027
(e.g. ACT_Brown_Michael_SPteacher2027)
Please submit by 5.00 pm Wednesday 4 November 2026.
